I was fortunate enough to have been raised in the City of Ontario. I consider myself a life long resident of the City and the Inland Empire. I have seen the region grow into a robust and thriving community. I ran for IEUA’s Board of Directors because I believe that I can help guide the region into an even brighter future.
Priorities
Expand the Turn Key Turf Program:
Create more tree canopies.
Rethink our current green spaces.
Create green spaces with drought tolerant plants.
Thoughtful development:
Invest in infrastructure.
Avoid costly interruptions to service by targeting at risk areas.
Support IEUA Employees:
Help them serve the community properly.
Empower the subject matter experts.

I am a dedicated public servant and an experienced problem solver.
Most of my professional career has been dedicated to helping others. I am the one people call when they have an issue they cannot figure out on their own or when they need a think partner to help them figure out the way forward. I take great pride in being a resource for folks when they are in a tough spot. I consider myself a problem solver and a creative thinker. Difficult decisions do not intimidate me, I will approach my role as Director in the same fashion. Thoughtfully, pragmatically, and with care.
By now you would have noticed that I did not have campaign signage plastered all over the area and I do not have a list of endorsements next to my name. I also do not have a list of complaints about the current elected officials, and in fact, I think they have done a great job. I ran because I want to be part of the process of continuing to make the Inland Empire a great place to live.
I hope to bring new ideas and a positive perspective. I hope to work collaboratively with the rest of the board and our regional partners to make the Inland Empire a great place to live, work, and play.
I will make decisions and take actions with the you in mind. The region’s future is bright and I ask that you help me make it as bright as possible.
